- Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale (TCS) define the rights and obligations of the parties in the sale of impact-positive, wellness and sports trips by Wattravels. Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these TCS.

Wattravels is registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register, with Margaux Voyemant as the managing director and the registered address at Route de Mondorf, L-3260 Bettembourg – Luxembourg.

3. Detail of the offers
Wattravels offers services for the organisation, consultation, and design of sports and well-being travels with a positive impact, catering to both individuals and businesses.
The services available for sale are as follows:
For Individuals: Program available to the general public.
- Organised retreats for a limited number of people (in a specific region, focusing on a sports and well-being theme, positive environmental actions, or social initiatives).The retreat / trip includes accommodation, meals, and activities related to the theme of the trip. Transportation from the place of residence to the trip location is not included.
- Travel insurance and civil liability are to be contracted separately by the traveller.
- Prices vary based on the duration of the retreat/ trip (weekend, 4 days, or week), the visited region, the speakers present during the trip, and additional services.
Tailor-made travels (request received for a pre-formed group with specific expectations). Description similar to the one above while respecting the particular requests of the group, budget, and duration.
For Businesses /Corporate:
Tailor-made program based on the company’s needs at the time of contact, defining needs, and signing a quote. Programs are based on 3 pillars: Sports, Well-being, and positive impact activities (but not limited to). The price varies depending on each request. Each offer for sale will be accompanied by specific details communicated via email to the client during the reservation and confirmation of the service provision.
- Booking and Payment Terms
Reservations can be made online through our website (secured Stripe link) or directly via email (wattravels.info@gmail.com). The client can make the payment according to the specified terms during the reservation process (online payment via the secure payment system offered by Stripe, incurring additional fees borne by the client, or via direct bank transfer to Wattravels’ bank account – IBAN provided during email registration). Upon receipt of payment, the reservation will be considered valid. A registration form will also be required to complete the information related to the registration.
- Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the law, no right of withdrawal is applicable.
- Cancellation and Refund
In the event of cancellation by the client, fees may apply.
The scenarios are as follows:
No refund is possible in case of cancellation by the consumer except in cases of force majeure (accident, unforeseeable medical emergency). In the event of an accident or unforeseen situation, the consumer may, based on medical justification, be refunded 70% of the amount previously paid. Wattravels reserves the right to cancel a retreat/trip for unforeseen reasons or circumstances beyond its control. In this case, it will be possible to reschedule the trip to a later date.
- Liability
Wattravels cannot be held responsible for accidents, losses, or damages resulting from participation in the retreat/ trip. Participants are required to take out insurance covering these eventualities. Travel insurance, repatriation, and civil liability insurance are necessary for safe travel.
- Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property rights associated with Wattravels remain the exclusive property of Wattravels. No unauthorised reproduction or use is allowed.
- Data Protection
We only collect strictly necessary personal information for the provision of our services, such as your name, contact details, and any relevant health data for your travel. This information is used exclusively to ensure the smooth running of your experience and to maintain effective communication. We guarantee the absolute confidentiality of your data and commit not to share it with third parties, unless required by law. We implement security measures in line with industry standards to ensure the comprehensive protection of your data. For more information on data protection, you can refer to the current regulations on the website of the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD).
- Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution Rules
Any dispute arising from these TCS falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of Luxembourg courts. In case of a dispute, the contract will be subject to Luxembourg law.
