Your program

Hike, Wim Hof & Soft Yoga

  • 9.30am: Meeting for your day briefing 
  • Start this beautiful day with a 10km hike (location kept secret until registration)
  • End of the hike 
  • 1pm: Lunch (fresh, locally sourced, delicious food)*
  • 2.30pm: Wim Hof workshop (2 hours) – led by Giorgio
  • Break (teas, water)
  • 5pm: Yoga class (1 hour) – led by Margaux – to stretch and relax after your day
  • End of the day around 6.30 pm 
 
*Bring your own water bottle or order one from from Wattravels prior to the day.

The Wim Hof Method (or Technique) is based on three core pillars:

  • Breathing exercises
  • Meditation/concentration
  • Cold exposure

Of course, any practice—regardless of its nature—must be consistent and sustained over time to achieve the desired effects on both the body and the mind.

The recognized benefits primarily relate to physical health, such as improved performance and results, as well as mental health. By influencing the nervous system, the method makes it easier to manage emotions and stress levels.

The numerous advantages of this technique will be explored in detail during the workshop.

Founder of WATTRAVELS, certified life coach, holistic health and sports nutrition specialist and yoga instructor.

My name is Margaux. I’m 33 years old. Passionate about sports, well-being, physical and mental health, and human connections, I founded Wattravels in 2021 with the aim of offering more responsible travel alternatives that respect the environment and everyone involved. Each trip has a unique theme.

As a travel enthusiast and lover of new discoveries, I deeply value meeting people from diverse backgrounds and sharing life moments through the trips I organize. No matter where we come from, shared values—like inclusion, connection, openness, and respect—bring us together. Every day is a learning experience, enriched by sharing our journeys, experiences, and new adventures.

A former champion in equestrian competitions (eventing), road cycling guide, and certified yoga instructor (Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, and Yin), I’m always seeking to reinvent myself, discover new ways to help others, and create ever more unique experiences. I must say, it’s thanks to you that these incredible adventures become possible!

Passionate about sports, body science, and mental performance from a young age, with a deep commitment to understanding human potential.

After a long career in the corporate world, transitioned to fully dedicate his expertise to supporting managers and athletes in achieving peak physical and mental performance.
